Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@glamdemy.com for assistance.
Exchange Process:
Exchange and replacement will be accepted from customers within 24 hours of delivery.
To exchange an item, follow the same process as initiating a return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement products within 7-9 working days.
Shipping policy – Estimated shipping delivery time is 7- 9 business days
Purchased courses can be cancelled within 10 days of purchase day.
Refund amount will get credited to customer bank within 14 business days
